I had a case, many times that people were copied my design A N D represented as its own, nay, insulting me that I stole their design ( for example, you have well recognize this sentence: 'I have made this chara design first, since i made account etc etc etc...'')
but it did not happen only to me but also to my best friends

Mainly ONE in particular, but this goes out the others who may be reading this.
I'm rather sick about hearing what this person has been doing, it was bad before, but now it's to the point where I'm actually going to confront them about it.
First off, the copying thing. Why even? There's a fine line between referencing and copying, I know this. This person is flat out, to the point, no exceptions, COPYING! I've seen, and heard about this person copying names, including a bit of my own, and my dear friends. Then, I've seen and heard that they're copying full on characters. Here's the real kicker though, they're only copying those of which I call my close family of friends. ONLY. THEM. Have I heard they do this to. So, I think there's some form of jealousy, or envy even, out here. How did I come to that conclusion? I'll tell you more.
What else has happened? Ah yes, they've told a great amount of over-exaggerated, or square out, lies. I've seen things as far as them telling others that they are "close" friends of those I know not to be true. Quite frequently, in fact, they said they were close friends to MY OWN close friends. To be sure, I even asked them, themselves. Nope, not true. Wow, in my opinion, it's pathetic. Either you can't accept the fact you're not liked, or you're a bit brainless to not notice when you're not wanted.
I, personally, had an incident with this person, quite a while back. I had been told, what they had been doing to a very close friend of mine, had been stopped for some time, and they were working on changing. When, in fact, they had said something bad about my close friend about a day or so before. Now, I'm not one to really care over other peoples issues when it comes to some things, but this person really got me to even consider them a pest. They basically lied to my face.
They can excuse themselves how ever they please, I won't listen. They are a pest to me, even more now that the copying bit has arose again. I really hope this person sees this, I so very do. I hope they realize that copying someone's design can be very offensive, and even upsetting. As seen recently where my friend was VERY upset that her character was copied. Even more so, that I heard them ASKING ABOUT THE COLORS BEFORE THEY COPIED! What even? No, that's disrespectful. Very very, BAD.
On my own personal note, whether they read this or not, I'm tired of them. I will be going to them and telling them how much of a problem they're being. Before I do, if any of these people, who know who I'm talking about, have a comment about the situation, please comment or note me if you want to remain anonymous.
If you're coming to tell me that I'm getting worked up over nothing, or that I'm being rude for saying this. I will turn you right back around, and punt you to Pluto. You honestly cannot see that I just can't sit around while this continues to occur. I need to tell them to buzz off, basically.

I'd like to personally add that if you're someone who comes up to someone else and goes: THAT'S MY DESIGN, YOU COPIED ME! I HAD IT FIRST! Or: THAT NAME IS MINE! TAKE IT OFF, CHANGE IT!
First off, if it's a name, there are ways to tell if that's a valid accusation:
Keeping in mind that the other person's character was created later, prior to your own.
1: The person looks at your name, then instantly changes it to the exact spelling. Without notification that they wanted to use it. Yes, that gets annoying, but if it bothers you. Don't yell at them. Ask why they copied the name, and/or say you could have warned me first.
2: If they copy a character name, and same type of bio/ personality of your own character.
3: [As I've had to deal with] Having someone appear with their own name, but yours mashed in. [Non-existant example: Owly+Flare= Flawly] Stupid, yes, but some people have the nerve to do that.
If it's a design, honestly. There are 2 ways people can "copy". One is by referencing, the other by flat out copy everything and claim as your own.
Referencing isn't bad, but some of the owners of whatever was copied can easily be offended. Referencing is taking a color, a mark, a certain small trait, and using it to further build their own character. Again, it's not bad, depending on how some people do it. Best way to avoid anger: Ask the person you see it from. You have a MUCH BETTER chance of them being okay with it, rather than them finding you may have stolen the idea.
Then there are the flat out copy cats. Since the original poster has been having issues with it, I hope some of them are watching and reading. Why do you even bother to copy? Then, why do you have to be such a fungus and come back to say that THEY were the ones stealing. Though, the case I'm seeing, anyone can come up with the design. Therefore, unless you're seeing 100% [name, character, bio, EVERYTHING], leave it be and move on. Don't piss someone off by accusing them unless you have hard on evidence, and plenty of it, that they stole from YOU.
